Sanders, LaWanda “Gail” of Saginaw, MI formerly Burton, MI passed away on March 29, 2017 at the age of 77 years. She was born on February 12, 1940 to the late Robert and Cota Mae Zeliff, in Fabens, TX.
She is survived by her son Thomas (Rebecca) Sanders Jr and grandson Ethan Sanders of Saginaw, MI, brother John (Jo) Zeliff of Colorado, sister Billie Wells of Texas, and many nieces and nephews.
She is predeceased by her husband Thomas Sanders Sr, sister Bobbie Murray of Texas and brother Melvin Zeliff of Texas.
A memorial service will be held at a later date, at St. Matthew’s Episcopal Church, Saginaw, MI. Interment will be with her husband at The National Cemetery in Holly, MI .
