Burch, Keith “Randy” – of Mt. Morris, a beloved husband, father, and community member, passed away Friday, October 11, 2024, peacefully at home with his wife and daughter at his side at the age of 82. Funeral services will be held at 11AM Saturday, October 19, 2024, at Trinty Assembly of God Church - 4363 W Mount Morris Rd, Mt Morris Township, MI 48458. Pastor Rob King to officiate. A private burial to follow. The family will receive visitors on Friday at the O’Guinn Family Funeral Home in Clio from 12PM until 8PM, and at Church on Saturday from 10AM until the time of service. Memorial contributions may be made to the family or Alzheimer’s Association.
Keith Randall "Randy" Burch was born June 24, 1942, to the late Keith and Mary Belle (O’Brien) Burch. Randy leaves behind a lasting impact on all who knew him. After graduating from Mt. Morris High School, he found his lifelong partner in Janet, whom he married on June 25, 1966. Randy served his country in the Army National Guard and later dedicated 24 years to Genesee Charter Township as the Director of Public Works. His deep faith led him to Trinity Assembly of God Church. A man of many passions, Randy's love for the outdoors was unparalleled. Whether fishing, hunting, or engaging in archery and marksmanship, he found joy in nature's wonders. His adventurous spirit also led him to boxing and car racing. Randy was a member of various organizations, including the MI Bear Hunters, NRA, USCCA, and Safari Club International. Randy raised and loved his Treeing Walker hounds. His dedication to his hobbies and generous nature with family, friends and those in need. Randy was a devoted family man, placing Faith, Family, and Firearms at the forefront of his life. His legacy will continue through all those who had the pleasure of knowing him
Surviving are: Loving wife, Janet Burch; Daughter, Tanya (Mike) Alexander; Grandchildren: Ada Aldred, Michael Alexander, Taylor (Jake) Merrow, Meghan Juhl; Great grandchildren: Keith Brown, Bayley Powers, Aubrey Powers, Kinley Powers, Brantley Merrow, and Beckett Merrow; Sister, Linda Phillips; Nieces and nephews: Steve (Cathy), Tad (Becky), Brandon (Jamie), Courtney (Jeff), Cassey (Andrew). He is preceded in death by his infant son, Rodney Burch; Grandson, Ryan Aldred; Sisters: Mary Burch, Sharon Burch; Nephew, Brien Perryman; Parents: Keith and Mary Belle Burch; Grandpa and Grandma Burch, and Grandma and Grandpa Phillips ,Brother-In-Law Fred Phillips. |
