Draheim, Sean Daly of Flushing, age 39, died Friday, March 26, 2021, at Ascension-Genesys after a short and brave battle with cancer. Cremation has taken place and a celebration of his life will be scheduled at a later date. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that a donation be made to a charity of your choice in Sean’s name.
Sean was born in Flint, Michigan on November 6, 1981, the son of William M. Sr. and Catherine (Daly) Draheim. He graduated from Flushing Adult High School and was employed by Webcor Packaging in Burton. Sean loved creating things with Lego’s. He enjoyed anime, Spider Man and was an avid Detroit Red Wings fan.
In addition to his mother, Sean is survived by his sisters, Katie (Jason Eichler) Youmans-Eicher of Flushing, Sarah (John) Padavan of Soddy Daisy, TN; brother, Will (Sarah) Draheim of Big Rapids; several nieces and nephews, Aeryn Eichler (Brandon Klaska), Kenzie Youmans, Sadie Eichler, Emilee, Nichole, and Gavin Draheim, Jeri, Elle and Alex Padavan; uncle John and aunt TT, uncle Jim, aunt Pat, as well as many cousins, friends, and gaming friends. He was preceded in death by his father, William and brother-in-law, SGT Joshua Youmans.
Sean had a kind and generous heart. He will be missed by many. Sean lived, he loved and those left behind will cherish his memory always. Soar free Sean… |
