RODRIGUEZ, Frederick – Of Grand Blanc, age 64, died Sunday, October 24, 2021 at his residence.
Funeral Mass will be celebrated 11am Friday, October 29, 2021 at Holy Redeemer Catholic Church,1227 East Bristol Road, Burton, MI.
Father Bob McGraw officiating.
Visitation 5-8pm Thursday at the Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 West Hill Road, Flint. A Rosary will be prayed 7pm Thursday evening with a Knights of Columbus Service immediately following at the funeral home. Visitation 10am Friday at church until the time of the Mass.
Burial in Evergreen Cemetery.
Contributions may be made to a charity of one’s choice.
Frederick was born in Pontiac, Michigan on December 1, 1956, the son of Edward and Mary (Garcia) Rodriguez. On August 17, 1985, he married Linda Marie St. Dennis. Frederick retired from General Motors Lake Orion. He was a Knight of Columbus #10170 3rd Degree member. Frederick enjoyed camping, boating, swimming and fishing at Coho Campground in Manistee, MI.
Surviving are wife, Linda;
Children, Regina (Roland) Trevino, Patrick Rodriguez and Simon Rodriguez (Dave Uhlian);
4 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren;
Brothers, Edward (Carole) Rodriguez, Thomas Rodriguez, Ernie Rodriguez, Tony (Barb) Rodriguez;
Sisters, Theresa Swift, Mary Hall and Juanita Rodriguez;
In-laws, Thomas (Julie) St. Dennis, Mark (Theresa) St. Dennis, Carolyn (Dean) Rothgeb.
He was preceded in death by his brothers, Richard Rodriguez and Dennis Rodriguez.
