Eli F. Munsey, 68, of Glennie, passed away Sunday, May 14, 2023.
Born September 25, 1954, to Eli and Zelpha (Carll) Munsey in Flint, MI, he was raised in Flint and Argentine MI. On December 15, 1973, he married Laurel Bruner in Grand Blanc. They were longtime residents of Burton. Eli worked as a sales representative for Williams Gun Sight in Davison, and retired to “The Farm” in Glennie in 2017. Eli loved to play his guitar. He was an avid NASCAR fan, and rarely missed a race. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and shooting sports, as well as working on cars and trucks.
Eli is survived by his wife, Laurel, three children, Joshua (Danielle) Munsey, Tyan (Adam) Pregeant, and Israel Munsey, four grandchildren, two brothers, Phillip and Neal Munsey, as well as several nieces and nephews, and his large extended family. He was preceded in death by his parents, one sister and two brothers.
Cremation arrangements were made through Gillies Funeral Home, Lincoln. A private memorial will take place at a later date.
