Crannie, Ricky Lynn “Rick” of Flint, age 66, died Monday, November 27, 2023, at his home. A memorial service will be held at a later date. If desired, memorial contributions may be made to the family.
Ricky was born in Flint, Michigan on November 30, 1956, the son of James and Barbara (Oliver) Crannie. He was a graduate of Flint Northern, class of 1974. Ricky worked as a left-handed CAD Designer. He loved riding quads and his easy ride motorcycle. Ricky had an engineer’s mind and loved tearing things apart just to put them back together. He loved playing video games and sports and was an avid Detroit Red Wings fan. One of his favorite things to do was spending time up north in Lewiston.
Ricky is survived by his daughter, Corrie Crannie; brother, Gordon Crannie; sister, Lori Henry; sister-in-law, Lisa Crannie; grandpup, Louie; and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Todd Crannie; sisters, Cheryl Crannie, Vickie Crannie; and his former spouse Kimberley Carr.
