Gabriel "Bubba" Rivera, age 11, of Grand Blanc, Michigan passed away on Saturday, November 26, 2022.
He was born to Jesse and Rachel (Coon) Rivera on August 1, 2011, in Grand Blanc, Michigan. Gabriel was a big fan of watching football, especially his two favorite teams: The Detroit Lions and Michigan. He loved to listen to all types of music, and enjoyed listening to his siblings play. Gabriel really loved to be held and snuggled, and his loving family would do that every chance they could. He had a beautiful head of thick hair, and his sister Hollyn and brother Israel always loved to brush it for him. Finding Nemo was one of his favorite movies, and The BellyButton Book was his favorite book. Gabriel truly enjoyed spending time with his family, and creating wonderful memories with them. He was deeply loved, and will be truly missed by his precious family and those who had the privilege to know him.
Gabriel leaves behind to cherish his memory his loving parents Jesse and Rachel Rivera; siblings Ariah, Hollyn and Israel Rivera; grandparents Jesse and Kathy Rivera and David and Debbie Coon; aunts and uncles Jeff and Lauren Coon and Dominque and Maria Rivera; and cousins Mollie and Morgan Coon, and Silas, Sullivan and Sutton Rivera.
Gabriel is preceded in death by his brother Noah Rivera.
A visitation for Gabriel will be held on Thursday, December 1, 2022, at Mount Hope Church of Grand Blanc- 8363 Embury Road, Grand Blanc, MI from 10:00am until the time of service at 12:00pm. Following the service, interment will be at Evergreen Cemetery. There is a luncheon to follow at Mount Hope Church until 5:00pm.
In honor of Gabriel, memorial contributions may be made to Mount Hope Church of Grand Blanc.
