Foster E. Watkins, 75, of Sylvania, passed away on December 16, 2010 at Ebeid Hospice Residence at Flower Hospital. Foster was born April 15, 1935 to Redus and Florence (Willis) Watkins in Pulaski, TN. He was employed with City Auto Stamping for more than 30 years. Foster enjoyed camping at the Cactus Flats, playing guitar and horseshoes, but most of all was a loving husband, father and mentor. He was preceded in death by his parents and 3 brothers. Foster is survived by his loving wife of 30 years, Marge; children, Robin Brown, Betty Sarabia, Carol Peterson, William F. (Brenda), Cindy (William III) Sedlock, Jason, Mike Luster; sister, Marie Boone, 18 grandchildren and many great grandchildren. Visitation will be Sunday from 3-8p.m at the Dowling Funeral Home, 7509 New West Road at King Road, (King Rd between Central and Sylvania) Toledo, 419-841-8111. Funeral services will be Monday at 12 noon at the funeral home. Interment will follow at Ottawa Hills Memorial Park. Memorial contributions may be made to the Ebeid Hospice Residence. |
