The one who left gentle footprints on our hearts left a story worth telling. Joyful anticipation and love surrounded Kree Ann Marie Palmer Nykanen. The first daughter of Donald Nykanen and Tamara Palmer, joining big brothers Carsen, Cameron, Brantley, and Malakai, the countdown to her birth was full of excitement and expectant energy, imagining the beautiful addition to the family she would be. There would be so many fun things to do and to teach her, and her brothers would have a little sister to protect. Kree Ann Marie left our world as soon as she entered it on March 23, 2021. A precious baby girl, she was welcomed by her mother and father, who lovingly remember holding her and memorizing her beautiful features that remind them of her brothers. They imagined how they would have held her in their arms, talking and singing to her, giving her plenty of hugs and kisses as she grew. Now cherished in memory, she joins her loving grandparents Brian Palmer and Dawn and Donald Nykanen. Her memory fills the hearts of her parents, brothers, grandmother Dawn Palmer, and many aunts, uncles and cousins. Although she couldn’t stay with them on earth, they will always love and treasure the memory of their baby girl. She was everything they wanted. Although she laid in their arms for one brief day, she will live in their hearts always. A celebration of her life will be held on Tuesday, March 30, 2021 at 1 pm at Reigle Funeral Home, 5501 W. Pierson Rd., Flushing, MI. The family will receive guests on Monday, March 29 from 12 pm – 8 pm and one hour prior to the service.
