Charlene Dolores Tower, age 91, of Flint, Michigan passed away on Wednesday, July 19, 2023. Charlene was born in Flint, Michigan on April 18, 1932, to the late Charles and Nora ( Grubbs) Miller. She Married Lloyd Tower on May 22, 1949, and they were married for 55 years. Charlene was employed by the Flint and Flushing School Districts driving school buses for many years. Charlene was known for her great cooking and her love for the Lord.
Charlene is survived by her children, Sherry ( Donald) Wohlford of Linden, Linda "Susie" ( Herman) Weber of Flushing, Michael Tower of Flint, and Sandra ( James) Wilkerson of Linden. Many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and sister, Carol Kelly of Lowell Michigan, and many nieces, nephews, and friends. Charlene was well-loved and will be missed dearly.
Charlene was preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Nora, her husband Lloyd Tower, son David, grandson Todd, and great-grandson Noah.
