ROBART, Ruth Leona - Of Flint, age 100, passed away Thursday, November 16, 2023 at her residence.
Funeral service will be held 11am Monday, November 20, 2023 at the Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 West Hill Road, Flint, Pastor John Price officiating.
Burial in Crestwood Cemetery.
Visitation 3-8pm Sunday and 10am Monday until the time of the service at the funeral home.
Ruth was born in Zeeland, Michigan on November 7, 1923, the daughter of the late Burt and Santina Kraak. Ruth was a public school teacher for 38 years with most of those years with the Flint school system. She was a prayer warrior and a member of the Free Methodist Church and loved the Lord Jesus Christ with all of her heart. Special thank you to Woodhaven and staff, Homestead and Gentiva.
Surviving are sons, Norman (Judy) Robart and William (Connie) Robart;
daughter-in-law, Dana Robart;
many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Ellwood Robart and son, Marvin Robart.
