Died: 11/20/2023
Age: 67
Community: Chesaning, MI

Susan Mary (Brady) Dingo, of Chesaning, was a beloved wife, mother, and grandmother during her beautiful 67 years of life. She passed away peacefully on November 20, 2023, at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit, Michigan, due to complications from a liver transplant.

Sue lived a fulfilling life. She was born in Owosso, Michigan, on July 6, 1956, to her loving parents, Bernadine (Harris) and Charles (Ed) Brady. Sue had two siblings, Michael and Tim. She attended Chesaning Schools and graduated from Chesaning High School in June 1974.

After graduating from High School and Beauty School, she worked as a Hair Stylist in Chesaning, Oakley and Owosso. She married Edward Dingo on May 17, 1980, and had three children, Jamey, Jon, and Dana. She raised her family in Oakley and worked as a Hair Stylist for over 50 years. Sue loved making people look and feel beautiful and special.

Sue loved being around her family and friends. She was always the first one to host a party, always being known as the family party planner. From holidays, weddings, showers, and even proms, Sue always knew how to make every occasion special. She also loved to be creative and sewed breathtaking quilts for herself and her family. Sue was always busy cooking something. Whether it was soup for her grandchildren, meals for her family, or making her famous pies for Granny’s Kitchen, Sue was always feeding someone. Most importantly, she was a loving and caring person, devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and friend. She enjoyed time with her family and was a friend to all.

Sue was predeceased by her parents, Bernadine and Ed Brady; and daughter, Jamey Dingo. She is survived by her former husband, Edward Dingo, of Oakley; her children: Jonathan Dingo and his wife, Stacy, of Essexville; and Dana Bishop and her husband, John, of New Lothrop. She leaves behind her grandchildren: Cody Bowles, Madison Coe, Duncan Coe, Paul Bishop, Eliza Bishop and Lydia Bishop; and great-grandchild: Cameron Coe. She also leaves her brothers, Michael Brady and his wife, Charlotte, of Chesaning, and Tim Brady and his wife, Diane, of Grand Rapids. She also leaves behind many loving nieces and nephews and dear friends. Sue will be greatly missed, but her family is so grateful for the time they had to spend with her.
