HILDEN, David – of Davison, MI, age 72, passed away Sunday, March 13, 2022 at home surrounded by his family. Cremation has taken place. A private burial is scheduled with Military Honors at Great Lakes National Cemetery in Holly, MI. The family would like to invite everyone to a Celebration of Life being held at 3 PM April 5, 2022 at the Fenton Winery & Brewery, 1370 N. Long Lake Rd., Fenton, MI 48430. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Michigan Humane Society or the Brain Injury Association of America, in David’s memory.
David was born in Flint, Michigan on September 14, 1949, son of the late Earl Hilden and Alma Drake. He was a graduate of Bentley High School, Class of 1968. David married Susan Brandt on October 26, 1985, in Flint Michigan. He proudly served his country in the U.S. Air Force from June 10, 1969 to June 8, 1973. David retired from General Motors/Delphi after 35 years of service.
David is survived by his wife, Susan Hilden; sister, Linda (Ken) Blake; Susan’s parents, Jim (his wife Cheryl) and Mary Brandt; his sister-in-law, Karen (Curtis) Williams; nephew, Nicholas (Emily) Williams; niece, Samantha (Jason) Baker; great nieces and nephews, Charlotte, Emma, Grace, and Oliver. He was preceded in death by his parents, Earl Hilden, Alma Drake her husband Charles.
