Bricker, Marion Mildred, of Flushing, age 91, died Saturday, January 28, 2023, at Majestic Care in
Flushing. Funeral services will be held on Thursday February 2nd at 11am at Emanuel Lutheran Church, 6380 Beecher Rd. Flint. Pastor Schmidt will officiate. Cremation will follow the funeral service and a private burial will take place at a later date. Visitation will be 1-8 p.m. Wednesday at Rossell Funeral Home, and from 10 a.m. until the service on Thursday at Emanuel Lutheran. If desired, memorial contributions may be made to Emanuel Lutheran Church.
Marion was born in Flint, Michigan on January 15, 1932, the daughter of Arthur and Mildred (Reynolds) Dohrman. She married Jack H. Bricker on August 27, 1955, in Flint. He preceded her in death on March 10, 2016. Marion was a lifelong member of Emanuel Lutheran Church. She enjoyed creative arts and baking. Together with her husband Jack, they were dedicated to volunteering for Meals on Wheels and being Teacher Aids at the Boswell Hospitals Day Care program. Marion was an incredible wife, mother, grandmother and friend. Everyone who was around her, always felt her love and kindness.
She is survived by her children, Bethany Bricker, Thomas Bricker, Michael and wife Tampatha Bricker,
her granddaughter, Heather, and many nieces and nephews. Marion was preceded in death by her husband; son, Steven Bricker; parents; and five siblings, Edna Kovalcik, Edward Dohrman, Louis
Dohrman, Leo Dohrman, and Freda Kelly. |
