EVOY, Ronald – of Davison, age 70, passed away July 17, 2014 at his residence. A Funeral Service will be held 11 AM Monday, July 21, 2014 at Allen Funeral Home, 9136 Davison Rd., Davison; Elwyn Brandt and Richard Brandt co-officiating. Burial will be in Meadowview Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be 11 AM-3 and 5-8 PM Sunday, 10-11 AM Monday.
Ronald was born in Richfield Township, MI on September 12, 1943, son of the late Gordon and Bessie (Gritzinger) Evoy. He married Darlene Brandt on June 27, 1964 at the Lutheran Church in Hadley, MI. Ronald enjoyed watching all sports. He especially loved watching his grandchildren and participating in various activities. Ronald worked for General Motors for 37 years.
Ronald is survived by his wife, Darlene; children, Tina (Roger) Boyce, Ronald (Anna) Evoy, Thomas Evoy; grandchildren, Quinn (Megan) Boyce, Kiana (Chris) Diehl, Kourtney Boyce, Hunter Evoy, Chloe Evoy; great-grandson, Carson Diehl; brother, Richard (Roberta) Evoy. He was preceded in death by his sister, Sharon Powell; grandson, Brandon Evoy. Ronald requests that those in attendance, wear their favorite sports team apparel.
