Jean passed away peacefully on July 19,2021 surrounded by her family at the age of 95.
She is survived by her daughters Judy Schmidt (Cliff Fisher), Carol Sipley (William), grandchildren Ross, Adam (Tina), Sarah Johnson (Joseph), and Bradley Sipley (Elizabeth). Great grandchildren Olivia, Jonathan, Liam, Griffin, Benjamin, William, Matthew, Nicholas, Marlee, and Louis. Also survived by her sister Lorena Ruth. She was preceded in death by her husband Herbert and son David.
Jean was born in Lansing Michigan and moved to Lake Wales Florida after retirement where she lived for the next 25+ years. Moving back about 10 years ago to be closer to family in Grand Blanc Michigan. She loved cooking, sewing and spending time with family.

The funeral service will be held on Friday, July 23, 2021 at 1:00 PM at the Palmer, Bush & Jensen Family Funeral Homes, Lansing Chapel with Pastor Robert Dowding officiating. Interment will follow in Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Friday beginning at 11:00 AM until the time of service. |
