Pastor James Phillip-Carroll officiating. Calling hours are 1:00pm - 6:00pm Monday, February 1, 2021 at Sheldon T. Banks Funeral Chapel. The final resting place for Mr. Plair will be River Rest Cemetery, Flint, MI.
