WITTUM, Tammy Jo. – of Clio, age 61, died on Tuesday, March 23, 2021 at her home with family by her side. Honoring her wishes, cremation will be taking place. No services are scheduled.
Tammy Jo was born December 24, 1959 in Flint, Michigan to the late Roy and Jo Ann (McDonald) Smith. She graduated from Mt. Morris High School in 1978 and later earned her associate degree from Mott Community College. Tammy Jo married Dennis R. Wittum on June 18, 2011. She worked at ADESA in Flint. Tammy Jo enjoyed traveling, camping, tending to her flower gardens, and crafting. She loved spending time with her family, especially her nieces and nephews, and attending family gatherings.
Surviving are: Husband, Dennis Wittum; Daughter, Sara Jo (Rick) Kelly; Brothers: Kelly (Cassie) Smith, Brett (Stephanie) Smith, and Rusty Smith; Sisters: Scarlett (Ryan) Smith, and Amy (Jim) Lusk; Sisters in law: Carol Smith, and Michelle (Ron) Huntoon; Many nieces, nephews, other loving family members and dear friends. Tammy Jo was also preceded in death by: Brother, Steve Smith; Brother in law, Allan Wittum; Sister in law, Cindy Wittum.
