LEWIS, David Owen - Age 62, of Flushing, died Monday, December 20, 2021. A private family service will be held.
David was born July 11, 1959 in South Haven the son of David Owen, Sr. and Shirley Jean (James) Lewis. He attended Beecher/Flushing High Schools. He was a veteran of the U.S. Marine Corp. David married Karrie Lynne Cornwell November 10, 1990 in Las Vegas, NV. He enjoyed watching the Detroit Lions and Michigan Wolverine football and doing home improvements.
Surviving are: his wife, Karrie; sons, David Owen Lewis III of Flint, Joseph James Lewis of Metamora; sisters, Tammy (Joey) Reitano of Flushing and Dana (Doug) Atwater of Flushing; stepbrothers, Scott and Mark Lambert; and several nieces, nephews, and in-laws.
He was preceded in death by his parents, David Lewis, Shirley Lambert, and Al Lambert; son, Robert Lewis; and brother, Steve Lewis. Tributes may be shared at www.sharpfuneralhomes.com. |
