Dottie was born May 14, 1953 in Flint, the daughter of Patrick A. and Dorothy (Woggerman) Kelly. She graduated from Beecher High School and Mott College with a Nursing Degree. She was employed for many years as a Nurse. Dottie enjoyed gardening, baking, and collectibles.
Dottie is survived by her son, Randall Bachman; sister, Colleenie Farro; brother Erin Kelly; companion, John Chovanec.
