SCHNEIDER, Caroline J. – of Montrose, age 72, died Monday, July 8, 2019 at Pleasant View Care Facility of Owosso. Funeral services will be held at 11AM Thursday, July 11, 2019 at the O’Guinn Family Funeral Home in Montrose. Burial in Montrose Township Cemetery. The family will receive visitors at the funeral home on Wednesday from 12PM until 8PM and Thursday from 10AM until the time of service at 11AM. Memorial contributions may be made to the family for future designation.
Caroline was born October 18, 1946 in Flint, Michigan to the late Herbert and Rosalie (Wilson) Hill. She married Neal Mahon on April 22, 1966. He preceded her in death September 13, 1989. Caroline later married Clarence Schneider on August 17, 2001. She was a member of Outreach Baptist Church of Flint. Caroline enjoyed crafting, going to the movies, playing bingo, trips to the casino and rides to get ice cream. She loved traveling and her beloved dog, Sophie.
Surviving are: Husband, Clarence Schneider; Children: Michael Mahon, Greg Mahon, Brian Mahon, Lisa Mahon, Jay Schneider, and Teresa (Mark) Williams; Grandchildren: Brad (Brian) Mason, Madison Mahon, Hannah Mahon, Christopher Mahon, Aftyn Williams, Ayden Williams, Alex Schneider, and Josiah Schneider; Several great grandchildren; Sisters: Rose Gilbert, and Gloria Wade; Loving furry companion, Sophie; Several nieces and nephews.
