Persich, Nick - Age 87, of Swartz Creek, died Tuesday May 23. Nick was born in August of 1935 in Flint, Michigan to Nick and Barbara Persich. He attended Flint schools K-12 and graduated from Flint Technical High School (1954). He lived in Flint most of his life and in Tampa, FL for several years. He was a loved husband and father. He retired from AC Spark Plug in 1992. He worked in spark plugs, instrument panels and electronic cruise controls. He had many hobbies including automotive restoration, carpentry and photography and was always willing to spend time helping friends. He was preceded in death by his wife Barbara (2008) and daughter Sharon (2022). He is survived by his son Michael and his wife Kathy Persich of Swartz Creek, granddaughter Margaret (Persich) Klug of Maryland, granddaughter Mindy (Bess) Grant of Freeport, grandson Andy Bess of Grand Blanc, several nieces and nephews. We are all saddened by his accidental death and will miss him greatly. |
