OVERMYER, Alice Camilla (Kelly) – Of Swartz Creek, age 94, passed away Friday, November 13, 2020 at Regency at Grand Blanc.
A private funeral service will be held at the Swartz Funeral Home.
Burial in New Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donation may be made to St. Anthanasius Church of Harrison or St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
Alice was born in Flint, Michigan on March 1, 1926, the daughter of the late James W. and Catherine A. (Lee) Kelly. She graduated from St. Michaels High School in Flint. Alice worked at General Motors Flint Assembly for 33 years, retiring in 1986. She was a member of St. Anthanasius Church in Harrison, Michigan. Alice also resided in Lake George, Michigan.
Surviving are daughter, Denise Pearce and husband Tom of Swartz Creek;
sons, Brad Overmyer and wife Barb of National City and Jim Overmyer and wife Linda of Bonita Beach, FL;
daughters-in-law, Joyce Kelley of Lake City, MI and Sue Overmyer of Grand Blanc, MI;
sister-in-law and longtime best friend, Jenny Kelly;
and many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her two sons, Herb and Mark, parents and brothers and sisters.
