NEUVILLE, Stephen Douglas "Beav" - Age 57, of Linden, died Saturday, June 5, 2021. A private family service will be held. Public visitation will be held 3-6 PM Thursday, June 10, 2021 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Linden Chapel, 209 E. Broad St. Linden. Those desiring may make contributions to Adopt-A-Pet or Presbyterian Food Bank.
Steve was born September 11, 1963 in Anniston, Al the son of Donald Lawrence and Patricia Ann (Gundry) Neuville. He was a 1981 graduate of Linden High School. His favorite sports were wrestling and golf. He loved the outdoors especially hunting, fishing, and camping. Steve worked at Endrekin Co., American Steel Roofs, and Shiawassee Shores Retirement Park. He endured numerous challenges and was considered tough and strong by those who knew him best. He had a very big and generous heart and people often commented "he'd give you the shirt off his back". He grew up in the Linden Presbyterian Church and during the last few years he constantly requested prayers with family members, surely he desired victory over all the challenges of his life. Now he is in the hands of the victor over all things. Steve loved deeply those who were his friends and family and is in reunion with many now who've gone before.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Patricia "Pat" Neuville; his gran and pop Gundry, grandma and grandpa Neuville. His is survived by his father, Pastor Donald Neuville; siblings, Jeffrey (Sue) Neuville, Cary Justice, Rod (Tammy) Neuville, Mark (Loretta) Neuville, Jane Palmatier; and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
