MOODY, Mary Geneva – Of Flint, age 91, died Monday, September 13, 2021 at Regency at Grand Blanc.
Cremation has taken place and no service will be held.
Mary was born in Lancaster, South Carolina on September 28, 1929, the daughter of the late Luther and Mary (Mosley) Small. She was employed with General Motors Ternstedt in production for 14 years and was a member of the UAW. Mary was also employed and retired with Wal-Mart for many years as a greeter and later in the garden department, which she loved. Mary loved to decorate, especially during Christmas time. She loved gardening, shopping and collecting dolls, angels and glassware. Above all else, she loved her family.
Surviving are children, William McDonald, Robert and Peggy Moody and Floyd Moody;
Grandchildren, Kristen (Justin) Summers, Aaron Moody, Amanda (Jeremy) Young and Jessica (Cody) Lee
Great-grandchildren, Andrew Moody, Annah Moody, Kyle Summers, Madelyn Summers and Aiden Lee;
Siblings, Betty Rowell, Margie Hough, Judy Williams, Clyde Small, Dewey Small and Richard Small;
And many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by siblings, Clifford Small, Margaret Caskey, Charles Small and Johnny Small.
