WILLIAMS, Paul D. – of Burt, age 84, went home to be with his Lord on Thursday, April 8, 2021. A Graveside Service will be held 12PM Monday, April 12, 2021 at Cook Cemetery. Pastor Darrel Manning officiating.
Paul was born September 6, 1936 in Salem, Arkansas to the late Thurman and Annie (Emery) Williams. He married Ouida Smith on September 11, 1956. Paul worked for Complete Auto Transit for 34 years before retiring. He loved God and was a faithful member of Fellowship Baptist Church in Clio. Paul was also a lifetime member of the NRA. He enjoyed hunting, and fishing, but most of all loved farming and tending to his cows. Paul was a loving husband, father, and grandfather. He was a great man that was truly dedicated, honest, loyal, and hard working.
Surviving are: Wife, Ouida Williams; Children: Belynda (Todd) Beuthin, Sandra Elston, Kenny (Sherry) Williams, Leann Smith, Paula Lee, and Steve (Lisa) Williams; 15 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren; Siblings: Bernice Barnett, Russell Williams, Joyce Perkins, and Donna Rickett; Many other loving family members and dear friends. Paul was also preceded in death by his siblings: Freida Peterson, Roy Williams, Bob Williams, Jim Williams, and Betty King.
