BURNS, GOLDIE- age 88 of Owosso, Michigan, formerly Davison, went to be with Jesus on Thursday May 29, 2025, at Oliver Woods in Owosso.
Cremation has taken place.
Burial will be at Sunset Hills Cemetery.
Contributions can be made to Alzheimer’s Research.
Jesus welcomed Goldie home after a full life of loving her family and friends.
Goldie had 55 wonderful years with her soulmate Earle. They enjoyed many travels and winters in Florida during retirement. Summers were spent in their forest home in Hale, Michigan.
In her later years she was blessed with many happy times with her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Surviving are sons, Emmette "Rocky" Burns Jr., (Linda) of Ludington,
Mark (Katie) Burns of Pennsylvania;
daughter, Judy (Ron) Barber of Flint;
10 grandchildren and their spouses;
many great-grandchildren;
brother Captain Mel (Linda) Ferguson of Oregon;
many nieces and nephews and a host of special friends.
Preceded in death by her husband, and grandson Mark Levi.
