RIDDLE, James Calvin – Of Grand Blanc, age 74, died Sunday, August 14, 2022 at Ascension Genesys Hospital.
Graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday, August 18, 2022 at Evergreen Cemetery, 3415 East Hill Road, Grand Blanc, Pastor Scott Statson officiating.
Burial in Evergreen Cemetery.
James was born in Haleyville, Alabama on August 10, 1948, the son of the late Calvin and Ruth (Isom) Riddle.
On May 8, 1969 he married Janis Cranmore and she preceded him in death on July 22, 2017.
Jim was employed by GM for 31 years.
He loved riding his golfcart, watching Gunsmoke and hanging out with family and friends.
Surviving are son, Jason (Sonja) Riddle;
daughter, Terri (James) Sipes;
granddaughter, Allison (Scott) Johnson;
grandson, Jacob Riddle;
great-granddaughter, Everlyn Johnson;
sisters, Rosa Perkins of Flushing and Jewell Zamora of Davison.
Along with his wife, he was preceded in death by his brother, Michael Riddle.
