BRUCE, Daniel Edward “Danny” – of Las Vegas, Nevada, formerly of Mt. Morris, Michigan, age 42, died unexpectedly on Friday, April 17, 2026, after a long battle with addiction. Cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Danny’s Life will be held at 1PM on Sunday, June 7, 2026, at the Clio VFW Hall - 10380 N. Saginaw Rd. Clio, Michigan 48420.
Daniel was born on February 1, 1984, to Mark Bruce and Laurie Stephan (Watson). He met the love of his life, Anya, and together they welcomed their beautiful daughter, his one and only, Tatyana. Danny had his own unique style and was known for his white attire, flip flops, and scarves—even in the summer. In his younger years, he loved going fishing and spending time with his grandpa Joe. He cherished being with his family, especially his siblings, and was the oldest of eight. Above all, Danny was a good man with a wonderful heart. He faced many demons, and although he struggled deeply, he was so much more than those battles and will be remembered for the love he shared.
Surviving are: Daughter, Tatyana Bruce, and her mother, Anya; Father, Mark (Stormie) Bruce; Mother, Laurie (Garry) Stephan; Siblings: Heather (Cody) Graham, Ashley (Giles) Hart, Eric (Kristen) Bruce, Dustin, Dominick (Kayli) Bruce, Summer Bruce (his favorite), and Ian (Payton) Bruce; Grandparents: David (Melissa) Schumacher, and Joyce (William) Kendrick; Nieces and nephews: Blaine, Brandon, Hunter, Hunter, Paisley, Harper, Harper, Hadlee, Braxton, Piper, Abel, Saylor, Daxton, Grayson, Kash, and Scarlett; Many loving aunts, uncles, cousins, family members and dear friends.
