WRIGHT, Thomas Ray - Age 71, of Swartz Creek, died Wednesday April 14, 2021. Funeral services will be held 3PM Saturday, April 17, at Faith Missionary Church, 1327 North Elms Road, Flint. Pastor Brent Kriesch officiating. Burial to follow in Bendle, Clayton Township. Visitation will be held 5PM-8PM Friday at Sharp Funeral Homes, Miller Road Chapel, 8138 Miller Road, Swartz Creek. Visitation will also be held 2PM until time of service at the church on Saturday. Those desiring may make contributions to Faith Missionary Church. Thomas was born January 8, 1950 in Owosso, Michigan, the son of John Vincent and Eula (Twilliger) Wright. Mr. Wright married Janice K. Francis in Flint on June 16, 1979. Thomas graduate from Morrice Area High School class of 1969. He retired from General Motors, Buick City with 37.1 years of service. Thomas was a member of Faith Missionary church since 1978 and a long time member of the Holiday Rambler Recreational Vehicle Club. Mr. Wright enjoyed deer hunting, golfing, fishing, bowling, softball and playing church basketball. Surviving are: wife of 41 years, Janice Wright of Swartz Creek; son, Matt (Carmen) Wright of Flushing; daughter, Jeni (Bryan) Edwards of Grand Blanc; three grandchildren, Emma, Ava, Conner; brother, John Wright of Jamesville , NY; sister, Linda (Monte) Flynn of Jamesville, NY and many nieces and nephews.
