MUI, Yad Sin - Of Grand Blanc, age 49, died Sunday, March 20 2022 at University of Michigan Hospital in Ann Arbor.
Funeral service will be held 7pm Friday, March 25, 2022 at the Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 West Hill Road, Flint, Kevelin Jones officiating.
Masks are required.
Private burial in Evergreen Cemetery.
Visitation 11am-8pm Friday at the funeral home.
Yad was born in Chicago, Illinois on March 2, 1973, the son of Yan Foo Mui and Lai Chun Mui. Yad and Kim have been devotedly in love for 22 amazing years. Yad received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Elementary Education from the University of Michigan-Flint. For over 20 years, he worked as a classroom teacher for Flint Community Schools. Throughout his life, Yad had a passion of drawing and watching WWE wresting. Additionally, he liked collecting comic books, sport cards, and toys. One of his greatest joys was spending time with family and friends. For example, Yad enjoyed his Saturday adventures with his buddy, Matt Grubb.
Surviving are wife Kim Rosebohm of Grand Blanc;
mother, Lai Chun Mui of Grand Blanc;
brother, Yad-Ming (Erin) Mui of Marietta, GA;
grandmother, Ping Yee Moy of Skokie, IL;
and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his father, Yan Foo Mui and grandfather, Yat Sun Moy.
