WHITE, Barbara (Williams) – of Burton, age 83, passed away on August 5, 2021, at her residence. A Funeral Service will be held 12 Noon Tuesday, August 10, 2021, at Allen Funeral Home, 9136 Davison Rd., Davison, MI. Rev. Ron Austin will officiate with interment at Sunset Hills Cemetery. The family will receive visitors 3-8 PM on Monday, August 9, 2021, at the Funeral Home and from one hour prior to the service on Tuesday. Memorial contributions may be considered to Heritage Baptist Church of Grand Blanc.
Barbara was born in Flint, Michigan on September 15, 1937, daughter of the late Lannie and Nina (Warren) Williams. She married Franklin (Shine) White on December 22, 1962. Barb was involved in church her entire life and was a charter member of New Testament Church and is currently a member of Heritage Baptist Church. She was a hair stylist for more than 30 years. Barb was an avid gardener,
reader and enjoyed crocheting, knitting, and especially spending time with family.
Barbara was a loving wife, mother, sister, and friend. She is survived by the following
proud family members; her husband, Franklin; son, Troy White; daughter, Cindy White; son, Jacob (Felicia) White; brother, Ken Williams; sister, Jan (Doug) Bennett and many loving nieces, nephews, and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents Nina and Lannie Williams. The family would like to thank caregivers at
Medical Team Hospice.
