Reno, David Joseph - Age 79, of Grand Blanc, died March 17, 2022 at his home. Funeral services will be held 11 AM Thursday, March 24 at Sharp Funeral Home & Cremation Center 6063 Fenton Road, Grand Blanc. Services will conclude at the funeral home. Visitation will be held 3-8 PM Wednesday at the funeral home. Those desiring may make contributions to Sisters of Mt. Thabor Monastery, 1295 Bald Eagle Rd., Ortonville, MI 48462. David was born December 2, 1942 in Flint, Michigan, the son of Denver Louis and Marie Katherine (Sweet) Reno. As a high school student, David worked at the Old Home Dairy in downtown Flint. He then worked for the Genesee County Clerk's Office for many years. David retired in 2019 from Michigan Battery Equipment Company in Flint. He was very true to his Catholic faith. Surviving are siblings, Richard (Pat) Reno of Sun Lake City, FL, Dennis (Gartha) Reno of Lakeland, FL, Denver Reno of Spicewood, TX, Diane (Phil) Weston of Au Gres, Darlene Fall of Chesaning; several nieces and nephews; life long friend and loving companion, Clark Connolly of Grand Blanc.
