Martha Hazel “Marty” McDaniel of Davison Township age 73, died Friday February 14, 2014 at McLaren-Flint. A funeral service will be held at 1:00 pm Tuesday February 18, 2014 at Hansen Funeral Home Groves Chapel, Downtown Davison. Mr. David Mellott will officiate with burial to follow at Sunset Hills Cemetery. Family will receive visitors from 5-8 pm Sunday and 2-4 and 6-8 pm Monday at the funeral home. Martha was born in flint Michigan on January 25, 1941 the daughter of the late; Daniel & Martha (Ward) Wisenbaugh and has resided in the Flint –Davison area her entire life. Martha was a graduate of Beecher High School Class of 1959, and a member of Flint FOE #629. She had been employed by St. Joseph Hospital until her retirement in 1993. Surviving are children: Tyler & wife Maggie McDaniel and their children Morgan and Kolton, Stepchildren; Sandy Bentoski and her children Celena and Casey, Kenny & wife Sue McDaniel and their son Sean, Kurt & wife Diane McDaniel and their children Dustin and Brandon. Siblings: Earl & wife Alta Wisenbaugh, Roy & wife Shirley Wisenbaugh, Lois Clymer, and many nieces and nephew. She is preceded in death by son Tracy in 1979 and daughter SaRae in 1981.
