Dolla Malow, age 79, walked into the arms of Jesus on August 27, 2021.
Dolla was born September 9, 1941 in Lima Ohio to James and Mary (Jacobs) Baker. She was a graduate of Spring Vale Academy in Owosso. Dolly married Marvin W. Malow. Dolly loved to sing, play her accordion, flip and spin on carnival rides, travel, and share the good news of the gospel of Jesus Christ. She was a licensed Realtor, a Colporteur for the SDA church, and a CNA caregiver.
Surviving are children, Marvin W. Malow of Flint, Pam Malow-Isham (Gary Isham) of Burton, and Penny Lawrence of Clarksville TN; grandchildren, Makayla (Jared), Christopher, Logan (Jenna), Sagen, Matthew (Selena), Kurtis, Adam, and Maria; great-grandbaby Nora; brother, Jim & Ruby Baker; sister-in-law, Bonnie (Don) Jones; and nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; her brother, Mack; and former husband. Jolly Dolly will be missed by everyone at Briarwood Nursing Home in Burton, MI.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 2 :00 PM, October 3, 2021 at the South Flint Seventh-day Adventist Church, 1467 E. Maple Ave., Burton, MI 48529-2059.
