WYKES, Sgt. Michael David - age 27, of Fenton passed away December 15, 2018. Services will be held 11 AM Friday, December 28, 2018 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Fenton Chapel, 1000 Silver Lake Road, Fenton. Visitation will be held at the funeral home Thursday, December 27 from 2-8 PM and Friday, December 28, 2018 from 10:00 AM until the service time. Burial will be at a later date at Great Lakes National Cemetery.
Michael was born August 1, 1991 in Pontiac, the son of Jay William and Christine Marie (Scribner) Wykes. He married Brittney Nicole Kennedy. .
Sgt. Michael proudly served in the United States Marine Corps. He enjoyed repairing airplanes and automobiles. Surviving are: wife, Brittney Nichole Wykes; children Chloe Lynn Wykes, Faith Elizabeth Kennedy, and Michael David Wykes Jr.; father, Jay William Wykes; mother, Christine Marie Wykes, siblings, Jason Wykes, Stephen Wykes, Nicole Wykes, Jacob Wykes,, James Curry, Matthew Curry, Ashley Curry, and Austin Wykes; grandfather, David Wykes; grandmother, Linda Bucknum.
