Ramon Jerrold “Jerry” Hutchins, age 83, of North Branch passed away on Monday, April 16, 2018 at his home. Ramon was born on May 20, 1934 in Clifford, to Hazen and Ruth (Ellis) Hutchins. He grew up in Clifford and graduated from Kingston H.S. in 1952.
On June 29, 1957 Ramon married Jackie Richards in California. He went to work at G.M. and became skilled trade worker over 30 yrs. He and Jackie attended Good News Assembly of God , Marlette, Michigan.
Ramon enjoyed bowling, golfing and playing Euchre, with his friends. He also loved his family and being with them.
Ramon is survived by wife Jackie, daughters, Buffy (Russ) Kaake of North Branch, Lori (Duane) Naracon of North Branch, Dawn (Mike) Greenley of Lapeer, Denise (Mark) Vandercook of Caro, sons, Mike (Sally) of Imlay City, Scott of Texas, Rich (Colleen) of Comstock Park, Chuck of Lapeer and Chip (Kendra) of North Branch,
Brother, LeRoy (Janet) Hutchins of Burton and brother-in-law, Bill Richards of Grand Blanc. Ramon loved his 28 grandchildren and his 28 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great granddaughter on the way in June. He had many nephews, nieces and cousins.
He is preceded in death by his parents, daughter Tracey, sister, Bonnie Fox, brother, Owen Hutchins, sister-in-law Jean Richards. And great-granddaughter, Mariah Morris Seamon.
Memorials may be made to the family.
Family will be present for visitation on Wednesday, April 18th from 11:00a.m. to 3:00p.m. Funeral Service will follow at 3:00p.m. all at Good News Assembly of God in Marlette, Michigan. Pastor Roger Keur will be officiating.
