BURNETT, Richard Earl - Of Burton, age 69, passed away March 29, 2022 at Hospice House of Shiawassee County.
Rick was born on May 27, 1952, the son of the late Herbert and Jean (Lawrence) Burnett. He proudly served in the US Army and worked for GM. Rick loved to listen to all types of music and go hunting and fishing. He volunteered with Animal Aid Foundation fostering dogs.
Surviving Rick are his children Kimberlee and husband Tyler Owens of Grand Blanc, MI, Kelly and husband Adam McNeil of Winter Haven, Fl, Jamison Burnett of Burton, MI;
8 grandchildren Kristin, Chance, Alex, Ryan, Daniel, Tristian, Zachery and Ethan;
4 grand dogs WileE, Cullen, Quinn, Capone and 2 great grand dogs Eli and Moo.
Also surviving are his siblings; Glenda and husband Don Crandell, Carma and husband Ken Huff, William and wife Debie Burnett, Gary Burnett, Alma Romanowski and several nieces and nephews.

A memorial service and celebration to be announced in the spring of 2022 and will be held at Great Lakes National Cemetery.
