Jeffery Alan Vanhorn age 43 passed away on Tuesday, January 11, 2022.
Jeff Was born June 2, 1978, to Junior and Deloris (Dominy) Vanhorn. He grew up in Flint Michigan and graduated in 1997 from Beecher high school. He loved spending time with family and the outdoors. He was an avid fisherman and enjoyed spending time with his family and especially his uncle Jerry Vanhorn. He had a heart of gold and spending hours with his nieces and nephews and always was the person to try to steer them in the right direction in life and always gave the best advice. He worked most of his life in the janitorial field. He is survived by his brother Richard (Kim) Vanhorn, sister Donna Vanhorn, and Brother Steve (Ronda) Vanhorn, Kevin (Penny) Nichols, Richie McDermott, James & Kristina Carter, Sherry McDermott as well as Stepmother Linda Vanhorn that he loved very much. Also surviving is His Uncle Jerry Vanhorn. Many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews, cousins and many friends. He is proceeded in death by his parents JR and Delores (dee) Vanhorn, Brother William (Billy) Vanhorn, Grandparents Cyrus and Mary Vanhorn, and Lloyd and Bertha Dominy.
Visitation for Jeffery will be held on Sunday, January 16, 2022 from 3:00pm to 8:00pm at Reigle Funeral Home/Sunset Chapel, 5501 W. Pierson Road, Flushing, MI. The funeral service will be officiated by Pastor Harold Burkholder and will occur on Monday, January 17, 2022 at 1:00pm with a one hour visitation prior to the service, followed by interment at Flint Memorial Park, Mt. Morris, MI.
