Nancy J. Vaughn, 82, of Toledo, OH, passed away Wednesday January 5, 2011, at her residence.
Nancy was employed as an Executive Secretary with Owens-Illinois for more than 27 years, before retiring in 1991. She was also a member of the OI ONIZED Club. Nancy enjoyed meeting with her Whitmer High School Reunion Group, Class of 1946, as they planned their next function. She will also be missed by her water therapy group at West Park Place and her lunch group. Nancy loved a good time and socializing with her friends and family. She always had a smile on her face. She will be missed very much.
Nancy is survived by her daughter Victoria (John) Dillon; son L. Scott Vaughn; grandchildren Kimberly (Michael Moffitt) Dillon and Amy Dillon, (grand dog Leonard), brother Dick (Arlene) Currier and cousin Gloria (John) Shoemaker, sister-in-law Lillian Vaughn, nephews Martin and Steven Vaughn and niece Karen Sharp.
Friends may call at the Reeb Funeral Home, 5712 N. Main St. Sylvania, OH, Tuesday January 11th from 4 – 8 PM. The Funeral Ceremony will be conducted at the Sylvania First United Methodist Church, 7000 Erie St. Sylvania, OH., Wednesday at 11:00 a.m.
Those wishing to give memorials are asked to consider The Toledo Humane Society.
