Doris Elaine Reif, age 84, of Burton, Michigan passed away on Wednesday, September 21, 2022.
Doris was born August 8, 1938, in Swannanoa, North Carolina to the late Thad and Margaret (Rhew) Gragg. She was a lovely lady who enjoyed a variety of sports, including volleyball and softball. In addition, Doris was a member of the Flint Bowlers Hall of Fame. She was a faithful member of Eastwood United Methodist Church in Flint for a number of years. Doris cherished her family, and will deeply missed by them and everyone she knew.
Doris leaves behind to cherish her memory her children James (April) Reif, Jr., Jeannie (Jeff) Hunn and Steven (Trina) Reif; nine grandchildren; and several great grandchildren.
Doris is preceded in death by her husband James Edward Reif, Sr., son Randall Joseph Reif, her sister Shirley Crayton and her parents.
A visitation for Doris will be on Monday, September 26, 2022, from 11:00AM to 1:00PM at Brown Funeral Home - 1480 E. Hill Road, Grand Blanc, MI with a funeral service beginning at 1:00PM and officiated by Pastor Ralph Pieper. Interment will occur at Flint Memorial Park in Mount Morris, MI.
