LaRose, Beverly Jean (Reigle) - Age 89, of Flint, passed away, July 19, 2023. Funeral Service 11:00 AM Wednesday, July 26, 2023, at Court Street United Methodist Church 225 W. Court Street, Flint. Pastor Jeremy Peters officiating. Interment Sunset Hills Cemetery. Visitation 4:00 PM-8:00 PM Friday, July 21, 2023, and 2:00 PM -8:00 PM Saturday, July 22, 2023, at Sharp Funeral Homes, Fenton Chapel, 1000 Silver Lake Road, Fenton and 10:00 AM -11:00 AM Wednesday at Church. Memorial Contributions in Beverly's memory would be appreciated to Court Street United Methodist Church.
Beverly Jean Reigle LaRose, daughter of L.Z. and Gladys M. Reigle. She married Berkley Adlore (Matt) LaRose in Flint on January 18, 1951. He preceded her in death in 1987. She graduated from Flint Central High School in 1951. Beverly was a graduate of Flint Practical Nurses Center in 1952 a Licensed Practical Nurse. She worked at McLaren General Hospital for 41 years, retiring in 1993. Beverly was a member of Court Street United Methodist Church and sang in the Chancel and Senior and Friends Choir. She had been a member of Sweet Adelines International, Thumb Area Chorus for 6 years. Beverly had many hobbies including crocheting, crossword puzzles, Upwords playing, jigsaw puzzles, and being around family whenever she could.
Surviving are daughters, Pamela and son-in-law Gregory Looney, and Suzanne and son-in-law Michael Jule; grandchildren, Daniel Wrubel III and wife Megan, Matthew Wrubel, Melissa and husband Andrew Blaine, Austin and wife Kerri Jule, Blake and husband Bret Marsh, Olivia and husband Anthony LaFemina, and Gregory Looney; great grandchildren, Daniel Wrubel IV and Christian, and Preston Wrubel, Llydia, Lillian, Isabelle, and Andie Mae Blaine, Kennedy and Carter Jule, Peyton and Sawyer Marsh, and soon to be baby girl LaFemina in October of 2023; Special Friends, Carole Anthony and Michael Charney; and many loving cousins, and friends. Beverly was preceded in death by her husband, Berkley (Matt) LaRose; dear friend, Bruce Wright, and son-in-law Daniel Wrubel Jr. Online tributes may be shared at www.sharpfuneralhomes.com. |
