Klinert, David Wayne- of Birch Run, age 50, died on Thursday, December 2, 2021, at McLaren Flint. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM Tuesday, December 7, 2021, at Fellowship Baptist Church - 14064 N Saginaw rd. in Clio. The family will receive visitors at the church on Monday, from 4:00 PM until 9:00 PM, and Tuesday from 11:00 AM until time of service at 1:00PM. Burial to follow at Birch Run Twp Cemetery.
David was born on January 18, 1971, in Flint, Michigan, to the late Keith and Joyce (Buffkin) Klinert. He graduated from Millington High School with the class of 1989. David married Jamie Scott on September 24, 2011. He worked for Walbridge for 6 years. David enjoyed cooking, grilling, his side by side, the outdoors and karaoke. Above all he loved his family. David was a God loving wonderful man, who will be missed by many.
Surviving are: Wife, Jamie Klinert; Children: Shelby Klinert, Riley Slocum, Lydia Klinert, and Harper Klinert; Brothers: Jeff (Shirley) Klinert, Kevin Klinert; Sisters: Tammy (Don) Whitmire, Renee (Todd) Villecco, Terri (Chuck) Thomas; Sister in Laws: Jennifer (Dwight) Littlefield, Michelle Washington, Tara (Enrique) Goldstrom; Brother in Law: Brian (Brooke) Scott; In Laws; Monika and David Hoyer; Good friends: Jimmy Burkowski and Dan Jenkins, and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by father-in-law James Scott.
