Gerrish, John Frederic- Age 74, of Grand Blanc, died May 7, 2022. Services will be held Saturday, May 14 at 1:00 PM at Sharp Funeral Homes, 6063 Fenton Road, Grand Blanc. Burial will take place on Monday, May 16 at 2:00 PM in Great Lakes National Cemetery. Visitation will be held 12:00 PM until the time of the service Saturday. Those desiring may make contributions to The Humane Society of Genesee County. John was born March 30, 1948 in Minneapolis, Minnesota, the son of Thomas and Blanche (Morin) Gerrish. John served in the United States Army. He worked at General Motors with 30 years of service as an Auto Repair Technician. Surviving are: former wife, Karen L. Gerrish; sister, Cathryn Barnett; nephews, Scott Barnett, Paul Barnett, Curtis (Nichol) Childs; step-son, Kenneth (Jennifer) Crim; step-granddaughter, Victoria Steele; step-grandson, Mitchell Crim; He was preceded in death by his parents and step-son Michael Crim.
