Flint Park Blvd., with funeral service commencing at 2:00 PM. Pastor Melvin E. Wilson, officiating. Interment Sunset Hills Cemetery, G-4413 Flushing Rd. Friends and pallbearers will assemble at the chapel 1:30 PM Friday. Mr. Woodard will lie in state in the chapel of Lawrence E. Moon Funeral Home. Public visitation will be during family hour only.
