Our beloved brother, Joe, walked into the arms of his savior on Monday, September 11, 2023, at the age of 70. Joe was born April 1, 1953, in Saginaw, Michigan, to the late Charles and Threase (Belill) Parker. Since 2020, Joe resided at Covenant Glen of Frankenmuth in their memory care unit. Joe's celebration of life mass will be held at 11:00am on Thursday, September 14, 2023 at Ss. Francis and Clare Catholic Church in Birch Run. Burial will be at Birch Run Cemetery. Family and friends may call at the O'Guinn Family Funeral Home in Birch Run beginning at 2pm until 8pm on Wednesday, September 13, 2023. A prayer service will be held at 7pm on Wednesday at the funeral home. Joe will lie in state at the church from 10am until the time of mass. A full obituary to follow. |
