Karen Ann Daugherty, age 71, of Flint, Michigan passed away on Wednesday, June 7, 2023.
Karen was born on February 24, 1952, in Flint, Michigan to Willis and Charlotte (Curtis) Daniels. She enjoyed knitting, crocheting and ceramics. Karen loved wildlife, especially birds. Gardening and windchimes were another one of Karen's favorite things. In her spare time, she loved playing games on Facebook. Karen really adored her three dogs: Squeakers, Zoe and Toby. Although she had many favorites, Karen's pride and joy were her grandchildren. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother and will be dearly missed by her family and friends.
Karen leaves behind to cherish her memory her loving husband of forty-two years, Victor Wayne Daugherty of Flint, Michigan; sons Shaun Keeley (Cristany) Daugherty of Hartland, Michigan and Brian Wayne (Carly Morgan) Daugherty of Flint, Michigan; grandchildren Lucas, Ivy, Bishop, TJ and Kaitlyn; great granddaughter Rylann; mother Charlotte Daniels of Flint, Michigan; sisters Kathy Ellison and Debra Daugherty; and brothers Ron Daniels of Flint, Michigan, and Carl Daniels of Clio, Michigan.
Karen is preceded in death by her father Willis Daniels and sister Pam Daniels.
A memorial service for Karen will be held at a later date and time.
