HOLLEMAN, Loretta T. – Of Grand Blanc, age 92, died Thursday, December 3, 2020 in Mobile, Alabama.
Visitation will take place at Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 West Hill Road, 4 p.m. – 8 p.m., Wednesday, December 9, 2020.
A private service to follow. Burial in Crestwood Cemetery.
Loretta was born in Flint, Michigan on December 9, 1927 the daughter of the late Ralph and Margaret (Orrell) Clarida.
Loretta was happily married to Emery J. Holleman for over 50 years until he preceded her in death in 2001.
She enjoyed volunteering at Hurley Medical Center making silk arrangements in the gift shop for over 30 years. Loretta also played the organ for First Baptist Church for over 40 years.
Surviving are children, Steven and wife Debbie Holleman of LaBelle, FL,
David and wife Sharon Holleman of Mobile, AL,
Claudia and husband Neal Roche of Grand Blanc;
5 grandchildren, Amy and Patrick Schiek of Skaneateles, NY,
Michael and Marion Holleman of Munich, Germany,
Tadd and Jacki Holleman of Bell Buckle, TN,
Jamie and Chuck Thuss of Mobile, AL and
Melissa Buckwheat of Grand Blanc;
9 great-grandchildren, Jan and Lena Holleman,
Caleb Holleman, Samantha Holleman, Bethany Thuss and Brooke Thuss,
Peyton Buckwheat, Parker Buckwheat and Carter Buckwheat;
sisters-in-law, Lola Manner and Lorene Weiss and
brother-in-law, Tom Holleman.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Emery J. Holleman; parents, Ralph and Margaret Clarida; in-laws, Emery and Monrie Holleman.
