William James Bill, Jr. "Skip" of Flushing, Michigan, formerly of Grand Blanc, age 83, died Monday, April 4, 2022, at home with his family. Funeral service will be 12 noon on Tuesday, April 19, 2022, at Rossell Funeral Home. Deacon Brian Root will officiate. Cremation has taken place and a private interment will be at New Calvary Catholic Cemetery. Visitation will be at the funeral home Tuesday from 10:30 a.m. until the time of the service. If desired, memorial contributions may be made to the Kidney Foundation or the American Heart Association. 




Skip was born in Saginaw, Michigan on November 11, 1938, to William James, Sr. and Margaret (Moore) Bill. He graduated from Central High School in Bay City. Skip proudly served in the U.S. Air Force, entering in June of 1957, and was honorably discharged in July of 1960. He married Agnes Dominowski on October 12, 1963. Skip worked as an Industrial Engineer for General Motors and retired from his career there. In his free time, he tinkered and collected and organized a little bit of everything. He and his wife used to spend time up north together at their property in Lovells, Michigan. He loved the outdoors, deer, and rainstorms. 




He is survived by his wife of 58 years, Agnes; children, Terri Bill and James Michael (Christine) Bill; grandchildren, Brandi Klooster, Brianna Klooster, Katie Bill, and Lauren Bill; and siblings, Kathleen Dyjak, Marianne (Tony) Ferrante, and Robert (Lorita) Bill.
