MILLER, Robert James – of Burton, MI, age 84, passed away Saturday, April 24, 2021. Cremation has taken place. A Memorial Service will be held on a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Autism Support and Resource Center, 4476 Dort Hwy., Burton, MI 48529, in Robert’s memory.
Robert was born in Flint, MI on January 30, 1937, son of the late John and Dorothy (LeClair) Miller. He married Diane Giddings on January 20, 1968 in Davison, MI. Robert retired from General Motors in 1998 after 38 years of service. He enjoyed fishing, hunting and most of all being with his grandson..
Robert is survived by his wife, Diane Miller; son, Gregory Miller; grandson, Vincent; brother, Richard (Shirley); sister-in-law, Nancy (Steve) Gray; many other loving family members and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, John and Dorothy Miller; brother, Thomas Miller.
